Photography has been an interest of mine for a long time, although I never pursued it until recently. When I was younger, I enjoyed taking photos with the family camera occasionally, but never thought much of it. It was in late 2003, when I met someone else with an interest in photography that inspired me, when I decided to pursue it for myself. Ever since then, I have been learning everything I can by reading, studying photos, and just experimenting.

     Nature photography is my biggest passion. I strive to look at the natural world from another angle, so when people view my work, they will see something in a way they might not have seen on their own.

     While nature photography is my first love, photographing people is also something I enjoy. Capturing candid moments, before people realize they're being photographed, is one style I like. I've been practicing with "traditional" portraits, and hopefully you'll see more of that on here soon. Cookie cutter style portraits do not interest me though, while I'm still working on developing my style, I want to try more edgy, exciting portraits.
